**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- It is an exciting time to join the Workday Support Team at Mercy Health as we deploy the Workday platform at Mercy Health
- This leadership position encompasses multifaceted responsibilities to effectively design, lead, and implement the job architecture and compensation frameworks within the Workday system.
- Reporting to the Group Manager - Workday, this role will ensure the Workday solution accurately captures the complex industrial and pay environment at Mercy Health to include over 20 awards and agreements.
- This is a full-time, permanent role based from our Richmond office with hybrid working available (3 days in the office; 2 WFH or at another site).

**ABOUT YOU**:

- We are seeking a proven specialist with demonstrable success deploying the Workday platform within a complex, diverse and evolving environment that can evidence their values based leadership and offer an authentic, engaging and agile character.
- You will hold extensive experience and demonstrated competency in the following areas - Substantial experience and understanding of the Workday platform;
- A thorough understanding of Job Architecture, and Compensation Frameworks;
- A thorough understanding of employee lifecycle and business processes;
- Experience of people leadership in remuneration and/or payroll environments.
