**The Opportunity**

Responsibilities will include delivering the Accru Melbourne talent acquisition and recruitment process from end to including:

- Collaborating with business leaders regarding talent needs
- Building relationships with universities to ensure we attract top quality undergraduates and graduates
- Reporting on recruitment metrics
- Delivering our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring it brings to life our EVP
- Establishing and maintaining SLAs with recruitment partners and agencies
- Guiding and coaching Accru employees on best practice interview techniques; and more

**What you bring**:

- Highly organised with ability to work on multiple tasks, manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
- Strong orientation towards ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery
- Solid recruitment and legislative knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships internally and externally with stakeholders
- Intermediate knowledge of LinkedIn recruiter and JobAdder
- Tertiary qualification in HR or an equivalent level of experience
