The Financial and Procurement Services Directorate sits within the People and Corporate Services Division and provides systems for managing our people, our finances, and our core business processes, ensuring we can work safely, compliantly, efficiently, and productively.
We are seeking to recruit a Financial Reporting Officer with the Financial and Asset Accounting Team.
The Financial Reporting Officer is responsible for providing quality services and advice that lead or contribute to the creation of financial reports including annual financial statements; participating in continuous improvement initiatives and other finance related projects; and working with auditors and senior staff to achieve key outcomes for the Department.
This is a dynamic, challenging, and rewarding role, in which the responsibilities contribute to a wide range of critical budgeting and reporting functions for the directorates and divisions across the Department.
**Requirements**:
Tertiary qualifications in finance, commerce, business, economics or demonstrated equivalent experience.

These vacancies are temporary for a term up to 12 months with an option of extension or conversion to be considered.
**Remuneration**
ASO4 $75,430 to $79,070 per annum
