**THE OPPORTUNITY**
TAFE NSW is looking for individuals with current plumbing industry experience to join our team of teachers in Wollongong. On offer we have 1x permanent position and 2x temporary positions until January 2024.

The role of the TAFE Teacher as a professional educator is to help, construct, guide and enhance the educative process. The teacher delivers educational programs and facilitates learning, enabling students to achieve their desired outcomes.

**ABOUT YOU**

You have the ambition and drive to succeed and mentor students, passing on your experience and knowledge, and you have demonstrated experience in delivering training in an adult learning environment. You are a great team player who strives for success in all aspects of your day-to-day activities.

The successful applicant will possess:

- Certificate III in Plumbing Trade
- Certificate IV in Plumbing Services
- Meet the requirements for an Office of Fair-Trading Plumbing Licence
- Three years relevant and current industry experience after completion of tradesperson's qualifications.
- Hold the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or TAE40110 with additional upgrade units, or equivalent
