**Purpose of the Role**

As an Assistant Store Manager at our Aesop Bondi Junction Signature Store, you will be working alongside your team and Store Manager in our high-profile Bondi Junction space.

**What we are looking for**
- Management experience within customer, retail or hospitality service environment,
- Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes in a retail or hospitality environment,
- History of successfully leading and coaching a team, creating an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment,
- Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships,
- Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives,
- Strong communication, problem-solving and merchandising skills.
