About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Finance and Business, you will be you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing while meeting deadlines. This dynamic role also involves interacting with internal customers and management to provide patient, proactive, and comprehensive solutions to their queries. You will also play a significant part in reporting and contributing to the continuous streamlining of processes and implementing improvements.

Success in this role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated experience with payroll and payroll systems (preferably ELMO or similar cloud based software), knowledge of award interpretation, and a keen eye for detail.

You will have a team player mindset and contribute to the smooth operation of the organisation. While prior knowledge of ELMO would be a great bonus, the system can be taught easily; however, payroll technical know-how will set you apart from others.

**CRCS also requires all employees to**:
