**Hawthorn, VIC - close to train station.**
Our client has an opportunity for a dynamic individual with a recent bachelor degree in Information Technology, Networking/Systems, Computer Science, Network Engineering or similar discipline. The company has been around for more than 20 years with partner relationships with Microsoft, Storagecraft, HP and HPE to mention a few.
You will be given a range of helpdesk tasks to assist at Level 1 triage and problem solving client requests and escalating more complex issues to L2 and L3 engineers.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to autonomously manage, diagnose and troubleshoot issues in a predominately Windows / Office 365 environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Valid driver's license
We are looking for Graduates who have studied or gained exposure with one or more of following technologies:
- Microsoft 365 and Azure AD an advantage
- Hyper-V
- General Router / Networking including firewalls, switches etc.
- Network Printers and Scanners
- Windows Server - Maintenance and troubleshooting
- VoIP Installation/Support - 3CX an advantage
- ITGlue and Connectwise RMM an advantage
The company values work, life and balance, however, this is IT and from time to time have after-hours updates will be required for installation. Hawthorn office is convenient to train and tram connections and use of a company car is permitted for any client visit work.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
