**Provide administrative assistance to a car dealership located in Fyshwick.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Completion of all paperwork partial to the sale of a vehicle.
- Sourcing and ordering all necessary office supplies.
- Uploading extended warranties through an external portal.

**You will need/posses**:

- A valid drivers licence.
- Ability to communicate affectively with customers both verbally and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.

Due to the current stock this position is casual, preferred 3 days a week with the possibility of extension depending on the market.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fyshwick, ACT 2609: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
