**The role**

We are on the lookout for a **Legal Knowledge Manager** to lead the charge in developing and maintaining our legal division’s business processes and systems, ensuring consistency and easy access to information across our intranet and internal documents. You’ll also play a key role in upskilling our legal teams through training facilitation and communication development, embracing the latest AI technologies and SharePoint solutions to enhance our operations.

In this dynamic role, you’ll drive best practices in legal knowledge management and templating of standard documentation, stay ahead of industry trends, and deliver high-quality services to our internal stakeholders. **What you will bring to the role**

- Tech Savy with a keen interest in exploring and integrating new AI systems and technologies within the legal domain.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Creativity and innovation to bring fresh ideas and approaches to problem-solving and project development.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate and present solutions, ideas and recommendations.
- Capable of driving outcomes while effectively involving stakeholders throughout the process, fostering collaboration and buy-in.
- Maintaining meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables.
- A legal background would be advantageous.

**Key Knowledge and experience**
- Demonstrated expertise in legal knowledge management and implementing new systems and processes to support legal practice.
