**What will you be doing?**
- Underwriting of heavy and commercial motor renewals, new business and endorsements;
- Cover and retain the company’s risk exposure;
- Monitoring existing business portfolios and review adverse renewals;
- Act as a referral point to other staff;
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with Intermediaries;
**What do you need?**
- Previous experience in heavy motor, commercial or fleet underwriting, experience in alternative classes of business may be considered.
- The ability to make sound underwriting and business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills to meet key deadlines and prioritise work
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build strategic relationships in the market
