**The role**:
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed architectural drawings.
- Utilize computer-aided drafting (CAD) software to produce full-scale and detailed

drawings.
- Specify project dimensions, including room sizes and elevations.
- Provide contractors and construction teams with materials and building plan information.
- Update and revise designs based on new data or client requests.
- Calculate and verify drawings for accuracy using mathematical and construction

principles.

**Required Skills**:

- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma
- Or minimum 3 years of relevant experience my substitute for qualification.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, enabling professional and credible

interactions with team members.
- Experienced in analyzing architects' designs and drawings for both internal and external building plans.
- Detail-oriented, precise, and logical in approach.
- Proficient in computer-aided drafting.AutoCad, Photoshop, MS Office and Sketchup skills

(preferred)

**Required attributes**:

- Must be reliable
- Self motivated
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
