**Human Resources Coordinator**

This dynamic role will be suitable for an ambitious experienced **Human Resources Coordinator to** join our team through an exciting period of growth.

This position is a full-time role in the People and Culture team based at the Miranda.

**About the role you will**:

- Support HR and workplace and safety
- Human Resources administration
- Contribute to developing, implementing, and monitoring human resource policies and processes to deliver timely, compliant, and consistent services that support operations.
- Assist with recruitment, including the management of the Human Resource Information System and record-keeping requirements.
- Assist the Group National Human Resources Manager, People, and Culture to develop and implement strategic human resource initiatives across the business.
- Assist with Annual Award increases, performance reviews, and employee rewards and recognition program

**Requirements in the role**:
You will be an experienced HR professional with a minimum of 2 experience in HR functions good literacy and recruitment capabilities. The successful applicant will be empathetic and supportive and confidently guide staff to ensure the organisation is aligned and engaged in meeting business objectives and legislative requirements.

**You will need to demonstrate the following**:

- Excel and Microsoft skills are required including using PowerPoint
- Good literacy
- Presents well with a friendly personable attitude
- Service industry experience ideal
- Flexible
- experience in general human resource practices
- ability to work collaboratively with managers on employee matters
- project and change management skills with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Miranda, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
