**_Position Overview:_**
As an HSE Officer, you will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure a safe and healthy workplace for all employees. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our HSE policies, procedures, and initiatives. Your role will involve risk assessment, incident investigation, safety training, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the development and improvement of our safety culture.

**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Develop and implement effective HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and recommend preventive measures.
- Prepare reports on HSE performance, incidents, and compliance for management review.
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance HSE programs.

**_Qualifications and Experience:_**
- Proven experience as an HSE Officer in the construction industry.
- Sound knowledge of relevant HSE regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact at all levels.
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or similar.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
