MDHS is seeking a dynamic and driven Projects Clinical Lead to oversee our new $100 million hospital redevelopment and the project's clinical and services delivery requirements

**Projects Clinical Lead**

**Fixed Term - Part Time - 64 hours per fortnight - June 2023 to June 2025**

**KEY SELECTION CRITERIA**

Essential
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing / Allied Health or relevant discipline
- 5 plus years in senior healthcare leadership or project roles

Technical/Professional Knowledge and skills
- Extensive recent experience leading clinical service redesign for a major project in a complex and stakeholder centric environment.
- Highly developed capability in the delivery of healthcare technology solutions.
- Detailed knowledge of the statutory and clinical safety requirements in acute admitted/non-admitted healthcare settings.
- Demonstrated well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and foster good relations, obtain feedback and ensure on-going co-operation.
- Highly developed project management skills, including the ability to create a project timeline and maintain those deadlines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong organisational skills, including the ability to effectively manage, coordinate and prioritise tasks.
- Exceptional customer service capabilities with the ability to troubleshoot methodically and escalate incidents when appropriate to meet business objectives.

Desirable
- Prince 2, ITIL or project management certification.
