**Your role**

We are looking for an administration assistant to join our Marine Views Cottesloe team to provide support with HR and education requirments. This is a new role that is part time, 42 hours a fortnight. Times are flexible and the prefernece is to work Monday, Wednesday & Friday with additonal days and hours available to cover leave and project related work.

The role will include important functions, such as:

- Assist in the management of contemporary human resource practices.
- Act as a first-line contact for organisation wide recruitment, HR and education needs.
- Assist with the onboarding processes including the coordiantion of onboarding documentation and scheduling of orientation education.
- Assisting with education session scheduling, attendance, and training record entry.
- Assisting in the collation and dissemination of data that will be used for board and management reporting on people, culture, and education.
- Providing rostering support to the administration manager and roster coordinator.
- General reception and administration duties when required.

**You will need**
- Experience within HR, administrative, or education industries.
- Experience working within aged care, community, or disability services is desirable.
- A passion for working with older people and a customer focused
attitude.
- Capacity to meet the values and work towards the vision of the
organisation.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong
relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Computer literacy and well-developed written skills.
- Current national police clearance.
