We are looking for an aspiring junior licensee with drive and passion to grow in their career. A leader to take the reigns of one of Western Sydney's oldest and most iconic pubs, boasting a newly renovated and outstanding gaming room which is the focus of the venue. As a high volume gaming venue, this role will report directly to our Director of Gaming while collaborating with other senior stakeholders across the group. Coming from a strong hospitality background focused around gaming operations, you will have demonstrated passion for the industry and desire to provide exceptional experiences to our customers.

**To be the successful applicant you will need**:

- A minimum 4 years experience as a Duty Manager with strong knowledge of a venue that focuses on gaming operations
- Extensive background in a strong gaming orientated venue where you demonstrate the service standards required to deliver phenomenal results
- The ability to hold a hoteliers licence
- Extensive knowledge of Global gaming systems preferred
- Willingness to roll your sleeves up and support your team hands-on
- Demonstrated leadership style to create an environment where your employees can thrive
- Current NSW RSA/RCG
