**About the Role**

Joining our close-knit Health Information Services team, you will;
- Provide accurate and timely coding of diagnosis and procedures using current coding standards
- Provide support to the Health Information Services Manager and ensure data is collected, collated and managed

Senior Clinical Coders will also have the opportunity to assist in providing clinical coding training to individuals and/or groups, with support from the HIS Manager.

**Your Skills and Experiences**
- Tertiary qualification in Health Information Management, or
- Successful completion of ICD-10-AM/ACHI/ACS 12th Edition education
- Minimum 1 - 5 years coding experience in a tertiary hospital utilising ICD-10-AM/ACHI/ACS
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Knowledge of Diagnosis Related Groups (DRG’s) (desirable)

**How to apply**
