The AI Informatics Fellow is mixed clinical and research role, responsible for assisting in the provision of diagnostic imaging services at RAH under the guidance of consultant radiologists. The position involves specific experience and training in medical imaging artificial intelligence systems, in particular in developing the skills to build, evaluate, and monitor these systems for use in clinical environments.

This is a fellowship position for a radiologist who has completed 5 years of accredited training and has completed the Part 2 FRANZCR examinations. For a fulltime position, the AI Informatics Fellow will have a minimum of 2 days gaining specific experience and training in AI informatics and 3 days of advanced clinical work (as a senior registrar on the departmental roster). This time allocation may be negotiable during the year.

**Educational/Vocational Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
- Obtained a Specialist Qualification and is registrable as a Medical Practitioner with Specialist registration.
