**About the Role**
- As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of cleaning services across two SEQ Schools sites in Collingwood Park and Ipswich.- Reporting to the Contract Services Manager, you will lead a small cleaning team and collaborate closely with operational staff to achieve our service goals.- Your responsibilities will include (but aren’t limited to) supervisory duties, ensuring compliance, facilitating communication with clients and stakeholders, conducting inspections, and assisting the Facility Manager as required.- This is a full time, permanent position (38 hours per week). The role requires flexibility in working hours to align with operational requirements, including availability across a split shift roster (4am to 8am, and 2 pm to 6pm). Flexibility on an infrequent basis can be accommodated.**About You**
