Factory Hand

Labworks Australia is a small, family owned manufacturer that has been in business for over 20 years. We manufacture small runs of activated carbon filters and consumables used in laboratories.

We are seeking a full-time employee to join our team. This person will assist in the manufacture of our products, completing process work, packaging and prepping shipments for transport. This is a unique position where much of the products manufactured are hands-on production.

**Key qualities for this applicant to be successful**:

- Experience in small run manufacturing preferred, but not necessary
- Good at working with their hands
- Keen attention to detail
- Can work fast and efficiently on repetitive tasks
- Can handle, or willing to learn how to use a walking forklift
- Someone seeking long-term, stable employment
- Trainable with a willingness to learn

**Requirements for this position**:

- Own transport
- Full Australian working rights
- Able to work 9-5
- Available for immediate start

One month trial for the successful applicant on casual rates, competitive salaried position with full benefits will be offered for the applicant if they are deemed a good fit for the company.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
