Hc Driver

Our client is a well-established and stable food company based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, delivering to local butchers, restaurants, and online customers.

We are currently recruiting for a HC driver to assist with the warehouse needs and the increasing number of deliveries.

When not on delivery, staff are expected to assist with daily warehouse operations. Staff will be regularly rostered on a 6-day week schedule (Monday-Saturday) with flexible working hours. Due to the diverse nature of the role, starting times will be between 5:00am to 1:00pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Loading, delivering, and completing daily delivery runs throughout Melbourne.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism internally and with our customers.
- Accurately delivering to customers.
- Processing all inward deliveries.
- Performing stock control actions.
- Restacking pallets for freezing.
- Carrying out general warehouse functions.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Full driver’s license (all trucks have a manual gearbox) and a safe driving record
- Forklift License.
- HC License
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
