Required to:
Greet clients
Book appointments
Set up meeting rooms
Answer phone calls
Co-ordinate staff events and meetings
Manage office supplies, equipment and inventory
Mail sorting
Managing office database and files
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
No experience required: on the job training provided but must have strong organisational and communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft office is essential
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 38 per week
**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bacchus Marsh, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
