**Position Title**:Store Manager

**Location**:Manoosh Pizzeria, Weston Creek ACT 2611

**Salary Range**:$70,000 - $75,000 commensurate with experience

**As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Managing a team of 15-17, consisting of pizza makers, delivery drivers and front of house.
- Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and training new staff
- Managing a week roster that is fair and flexible to all staff
- Organising stock, managing labour availability to cover all shifts, and ensuring stock levels are correct.
- Ensuring all food safety policy and procedures are strictly adhered to.
- Working closely with management to meet revenue objectives.
- Implementing appropriate problem solving and quick thinking to resolve any issues that might arise
- Contributing to marketing ideas and strategies to promote Manoosh Pizzeria to the community
- Inspecting the store on a daily basis and resolve any immediate issues with efficiency
- Following the company's operations manuals, policies and procedures to ensure the daily operations run smoothly.
- Supervising, motivating and guiding staff towards continued high performance, and providing constructive feedback where necessary

**Qualifications and experience required**:

- At least a Diploma in Hospitality Management or a highly relevant field
- At least 3 - 4 years' of work experience in a Managerial role in the fast food/hospitality service industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
