**The Position**

We are seeking a qualified Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team at Moore Australia (WA) (the Firm). Working closely with the Managing Partner and Partners, of the Firm, this position is responsible for brand management, and innovative marketing and communications strategies ensuring promotional and positioning activities, as well as delivery, are in line with the firm’s objectives and strategy.

This position will focus on both internal and external stakeholders’ engagement, which will include, but is not limited to:

- Brand management and brand positioning in the market aligned with Moore Global/Moore Australia’s style guidelines.
- Creating digital marketing and communications platforms including website, intranet, social media channels and online marketing software.
- Develop Marketing and Communication plans in consultation with Moore Global/Moore Australia across key service line and Industry segments.
- Collaborate with Moore Australia state marketing committees and Moore Australia key stakeholders, to deliver initiatives, marketing and digital strategy, and projects.
- Support the Events Coordinator and the divisions with marketing related activities at national events, seminars, conferences.
- Ensure project plans and budget for relevant national Marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate and implement national internal and external communication activities.
- Coordinate and support development of thought leadership, articles, Public Relations, and media related activities.

**About You**
- You are degree qualified in marketing, communication and/or digital media coupled with demonstrated experience undertaking marketing campaigns in a complex organisation with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

High level of verbal, written and visual communication across various channels with exceptional attention to detail and editing abilities.

Your key strength will be your highly collaborative approach, enabling you to work with others to establish trusting business relationships.

Sound judgement, critical thinking and analytical skills are vital in supporting client service delivery requirements.

You will also possess a high level of drive, integrity, and organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects, plus coordinate marketing activities for a variety of internal and external stakeholders in support achieving goals and objectives.

You are highly proficient digital marketing across social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube), and a solid understanding of Hootsuite, Kentico CMS, Swift and Adobe products.
