**Your new company**
This company based in the Greystanes region is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This corporation is a nation-wide leader within their Manufacturing and Service Providing industry and are looking to expand their administration team.
**Your new role**
Situated within a small administration team, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Answering the phones and providing an exceptional level of service to clients and customers.
- Taking information from clients and providing quotes based off their requirements.
- Following up with clients and updating on the status of orders.
- Creating jobs on the system and updating information as required.
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful for this role, you will be an individual with previous experience in an Administration/Customer Service role and are looking for a long-term opportunity. You will be highly organised with great written and oral communication skills. You will have a willingness to learn and will be a self-motivated individual who has the ability to work independently and autonomously. You will be proficient with the MS Office suite and able to pick up new systems as required.
