Channel Representative

HTR Distribution PTY LTD is an Australian family-owned tyre wholesale business that has serviced the tyre industry for more than 40 years. HTR Distribution has grown over those years by providing quality products and exceptional customer service to the tyre industry and as Australia’s largest independent tyre distributor of Westlake tyres for PCR, LT/SUV,TBR & Industrial.

HTR has warehouses located in Brisbane (Head office), Townsville, Sydney, Victoria & Tasmania

We are seeking a highly dedicated, self-motivated Brand/channel Manager to join our Current Sales Team based in Hamilton QLD. You will receive all of the training required in our Brisbane head office by our senior sales team.

**About the role**:
Engage with new and existing customers within our customers network, provide exceptional service and support to those customers, & generate new customers in QLD, NSW & VIC.

This role requires interstate travel so time management and planning are necessary to seek new customer leads and service our existing customer network.

This role is Monday to Friday with the exception of tradeshows and the Brisbane truck show.

**Experience, qualifications & personal attributes**

Experience in the tyre industry is preferred but not essential but a demonstrated ability to learn HTR’s products and services is a MUST.

Experience in Sales in the Commercial Tyre Market, - preferred.

Demonstrated and successful record of accomplishment in achieving targets and/or key performance indicators.

Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and influence people, supported by a demonstrated ability to resolve issues.

A demonstrated ability to accept responsibility; work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team; willingness to take direction; and accept constructive feedback.

Self-motivated, passionate, proactive, positive attitude; reliable with a high level of integrity; and a great work ethic.

Able to read, write and speak English to a high standard.

Ability to travel interstate.

Ability to work some nights and weekends for Tradeshows and Brisbane truck show.

This role is open to Australian Permanent Residents only.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
