**In this role, you'll**:
Be working as part of a close-knit team within Customer Strategy and Technology to support the provision of functional Health and Safety Management and establish and deliver a safety working culture.

This role will see you working across a broad remit of businesses where you will partner with stakeholders to implement safety policies, protocols and procedures in accordance with relevant Work Health and Safety Legislation and Codes of Practice.

This is a permanent full time opportunity to help people work in way that influences outcomes and meets diverse challenges.

**About you**

You have a deep knowledge and a passion for operational safety culture and understand that your skills in building relationships are key.

You will have an interest in psycho-social hazards and well-being as well as being adaptable to change.

A flexible approach and attitude will be vital as you will need to deliver in a 'dynamic' environment.

Having a Health and Safety Construction/Rail background would be an advantage in this role.
