Providing expert advisory services to businesses and government facing complex challenges in this dynamic marketplace across three pillars:

As a Manager, you will form part of the team championing a commitment to a deep understanding of our client’s unique requirements, advocating for long-term partnerships and value-based outcomes.

**About You**
- You will bring recent management consulting experience, having spent your foundational years in a big-4 or boutique consulting firm.
- Experienced in delivering varied client engagements across energy & resources and government and comfortable leading through ambiguity and complexity..
- You will have passion, energy, resilience and a desire to work cohesively and collaboratively, together with a strong client focus.
- Qualifications in business, law / commerce, environmental science, HR or other relevant discipline. An MBA would be advantageous but not essential.
- Experienced in managing and leading multiple engagements simultaneously with a small team of junior consultants.
- Experience in coaching and upskilling junior consultants in core consulting foundations.
