ANE College (Australian National Education Pty Ltd ) is a Registered Training Organization (RTO) that is a provider of nationally accredited training programs in Australia.

At Canberra campus (located in Belconnen 2617), ANE College is currently looking for a **qualified and experienced Trainer /Assessor **for following courses:
**1. Diploma Of Hospitality Management.**

**2. Cert IV in Kitchen Management.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Delivery of ANE College courses in the classroom environment and on online platforms like zoom/teams.
- Provide support and feedback to ensure successful completion of Course.
- Monitor, mark, and conduct student assessments.
- Plan, review and improve training and assessment.
- Participate in assessment validation, moderation, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct workplace visits for Observations.

**Requirements**:

- Recognized Diploma or equivalent qualification or higher degree.
- Minimum 6 months post-qualification experience in the Above industry, some of which has been gained in the last 18 months.
- Certificate IV TAE40116 or equivalent.
- A demonstrated commitment to own develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence in the Related Field.
- High level written and oral communication skills in English and Proven ability to communicate effectively in a wide range of educational, industrial or community environments.
- Commitment and ability to facilitate learning in an adult environment and demonstrated organizational skills applicable to an educational setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service and demonstrated ability to contribute to a team environment.
- Proven strengths in problem solving and change management.
- A high level of teaching competence, experience in engaging adult learners from disadvantaged and diverse backgrounds, and the capability to work with online learning platforms.
- Thorough knowledge and technical expertise relevant to the current training package.

**Salary**: $55,110.52 - $80,622.89 per year

Expected hours: 7 - 20 per week
