They are now looking for new
**Strata Manager **to join their Norwest team and give you the chance to further develop your career as well as managing realistic portfolio numbers. They are highly supported from the CEO to Reception and treat their people with respect.

**The Role**
- Managing a portfolio of diverse strata schemes.
- Present a solid understanding of relevant legislation and procedures relating to strata management.
- Communicating daily with several Owners Corporations, BMC's, Contractors and Owners.
- Prepare, attend and run your own AGM's.
- Obtain quotes from contractors and can relay and communicate technical with Owners Corporations.
- Organise insurance and preparation of annual budgets.

**What You Need**
- Certificate of registration in Strata Management
- Previous experience management a portfolio of buildings (whether small or large).
- Ability to deal with a range of different clientele across Northshore and Norwest regions with the capability the always maintain professionalism.
- The ability to work autonomously but as well as able to contribute to the culture and growth of the office.
