Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

We are looking for an experienced accounts payable officer to hot the ground running with our client located in Epping. This person must have strong attention to detail and is confident with various accounting software packages.

**We require someone who has**:

- Demonstrated experience assisting small to medium sized businesses with all aspects of bookkeeping in accordance with relevant Australian TAX and BAS legislation
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Able to cope with sharp deadlines and can work well in a fast-paced environment
- A committed and trustworthy character who can work autonomously and in a team
- Office administration capabilities and is IT savvy.

**Skills and Education**:

- Minimum cert 3 in Bookkeeping
- A minimum 4 years bookkeeping experience, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, preparation of BAS reports
- Experience with processing Payroll, Superannuation and WorkCover
- Must be proficient with Excel and Word

**Duties and Responsibilities are detailed below but not limited to**:

- Debt Collection
- Processing Orders/Invoicing when required
- Raising invoices and Purchase orders when required
- Monthly supplier claims
- Checking supplier invoices against purchase orders.
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing payments received in bank
- PayPal payment transfers
- Processing weekly Accounts Payable
- Maintain Petty Cash
- Maintain employee leave calendar
- Reconcile online sales accounts
- Driver Reconciliations
