In this exciting role, you'll manage the end-to-end process of planning, implementation and optimisation of key, below-the-line go to market campaigns for our Everyday Banking product portfolio.
We are looking for a collaborative team player who loves a hands on approach, is a self-starter and who is solution oriented. You'll utilise your exceptional relationship management skills partnering with a diverse group of senior stakeholders to achieve business growth outcomes.
**What are you going to do?** You’ll be**
- Managing the end to end launch of new product/innovation campaigns in line with the product roadmap
- Executing marketing materials for TTL marketing campaigns
- Working with Customer Intelligence on sizing & canvasing opportunities with existing customers
- Driving the execution with external agencies, Product Owners, Marketing Expert Teams, Contact Centre, Digital Channels, Digital Marketing and Customer Intelligence teams
- Responsible for reviewing weekly reporting of product marketing campaigns and optimizing accordingly.
**What are we looking for?** You’ll have**
- Proven end to end execution experience, delivering go to market campaigns
- Highly effective stakeholder management and communication skills
- At least 5+ years’ experience within a hands-on Services Marketing role, ideally focused on integrated, digital marketing and/or Product Marketing within a marketing organisation or agency
- Experience with propensity models, and fluent with customer data & data driven decision-making
- Strong understanding of Retail dynamics, financial services ideally
- Experience working within a fast-paced ever changing environment.
