Our client is a multi-franchised dealership, seeking to appoint an experienced and driven Service Advisor to their team based in the southern suburbs Brisbane. This role would suit an experienced Service advisor with a strong customer focus, who is passionate about the automotive industry.

This role has become available due to strong growth within the dealership

Duties of the role:

- Deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service.
- Assist with the loading of the workshop to ensure efficient utilization of workshop capacity.
- Carry out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop.
- Accurately prepare and cost customer invoices to Group Standards.
- Liaise and communicate with customers with progress of works required
