Our client is a worldwide well-known and highly respected brand in the electronics industry. With expansion to their business, we have now an opportunity for a Demand Planner to join the team.

**The role**:
Perform and process day-to-day ASC UPC return to ensure that their used parts return record are maintained and processed in an effective, up to date and accurate manner. Manage end to end stock transfer process to make sure each regional warehouse with optimum level of inventory and product (parts) mix. Maintain and enhance relationships with ASC, and provide support to both internal and external stakeholders. Produce various reports for weekly and monthly end data analysis, technical and auditing purposes.

**Duties and Responsibilites**:
RMA process
- Prepare weekly RMA pending report for each ASC and follow up.
- Request and coordinate pickup used parts from ASCs.
- Monitor ASC return status and warehouse GR process.
- Liaise with HQ and RHQ on Ad-hoc RMA related activities.
- Liaise with RMA personnel in warehouse on enquiries and day to day activities.
- Prepare and perform monthly scrapping on eligible used parts.Manage export process on eligible used parts to HQ.

Inventory Management - Stock Transfer
- Release stock transfer to regional warehouse(s) in a timely manner to achieve agreed delivery dates for ASCs.
- Set up replenishment model for all KPI items and monitor weekly to ensure that there is sufficient stock on repeat for eligible service orders.
- Review and refill all manual replenishment parts weekly in line with ASC requirements.
- Liaise with Inbound planners for shortage items.

Administration - Report
- Back Order Report on KPI items
- Back Order Report with ETA for ASCs and stakeholders.
- Shortage Parts Report

**About you**:

- Qualifications in relevant degree is desirable.
- 1+ year relevant experience in similar role.
- Good oral and written communication skills and a genuine desire to assist ASC, stakeholders and maintain a high level of customer service experience to achieve excellent service.
