An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Loan Specialist to join our fast paced Customer Home Lending Team on a full time basis.

Do work that matters

As our Home Loan Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through initiating needs-based conversations across all products and services including home loans. You will do this by:
- Holding needs based conversations with our customers, building genuine long-lasting relationships- Providing efficient, accurate and quality solutions across all customer segments-
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Proactively retaining customers through conversations via outbound calling initiatives- Participating in community engagement and business development events

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a lending environment and an existing knowledge of Home Lending products and the current responsible lending legislation- The ability to work autonomously and keep up within a fast paced and ever changing environment- Strategic business development experience with proven experience in growing a portfolio- Prior experience identifying customer needs and referring opportunities- Sound knowledge of competitor product
