**Your part in The Wesley Hospital team**- You will be responsible for the assignment of accurate and timely clinical codes to inpatient episodes of care, through analysis of patient record documentation, using the This position will also provide educational support and mentoring to the Clinical Coding team to ensure the hospital has an accurate and consistent clinical coding service.**What makes a difference for us?**
- Bachelor of Health Information Management (HIM) or equivalent HIMAA Accredited Clinical Coding Certification
- Proven high interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Proven ability to work within a team environment and to meet deadlines with high work volumes
- Demonstrated commitment to own personal and professional development
- Demonstrated commitment to quality processes with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience with 3M Codefinder software
