We’re a friendly, family-focused dental practice looking for an energetic, confident, and approachable individual to join our team. As the first face and voice our patients encounter, you’ll be the heartbeat of our practice, making every patient feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they walk in.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet patients with a warm, friendly smile (yes, we really mean it)
- Handle phone calls, scheduling appointments and answering questions with confidence, and making outgoing calls
- Assist with patient check-ins, managing appointments, and ensuring the office runs like a well-oiled machine
- Be the go-to person for patient enquiries and provide a positive, reassuring experience every time
- Take on challenges with a can-do attitude - from managing busy schedules to helping with administrative tasks

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A natural conversationalist who loves making small talk and connecting with people
- Confidence on the phone - you’re the voice of our practice, so it’s important to sound calm, clear, and friendly
- A big smile and a positive, “can-do” attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or reception (bonus points if you’ve worked in a dental or medical office)
