**Job Title: PTE Trainer and Office Administrator**

**Locations: Truganina and St. Albans, Victoria**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**PTE Trainer**:

- Conduct PTE (Pearson Test of English) training sessions for students, including both group and one-on-one classes.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and additional support as needed.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment to motivate and inspire students.

**Office Administration**:

- Manage day-to-day office operations at both locations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Coordinate scheduling of classes and appointments, ensuring optimal use of resources and time.

**Requirements**:

- Full working rights in Australia (no student visas).
- Access to own vehicle for commuting between Tuganina and St. Albans locations.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office, Adobe).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work at both locations as required.
