My not-for-profit client is looking for a Personal Assistant who wants more involvement with Sales & Marketing OR a Customer service superstar who wants to strengthen their secretarial skills.
In this role, you will be working with innovative and inspiring colleagues and working closely with their key clients.
**Daily duties will involve but not be limited to**:
- Client Services support - Memberships
- New member lifecycle
- Outbound client Business Development
- Diary & Travel Management
- Expenses
- Reporting & forecasting
- Adhoc administration duties
**What we need from you**:
- Advanced software - Microsoft Suite
- Experience in an administrative role/ environment
- Excellent phone manner and good relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach to workload
- Proven written skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a tight team
