**About the client**
The Agency is seeking 3 Project Coordinators to promote the agencies objectives.

**Duties of APS 4**
- Provide administrative support to ICT Integrity Transformation Delivery Branch
- Support Branch governance, organising meetings and maintaining decision & action logs.
- Support the Branch with onboarding and off-boarding tasks.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and professional manner.
- Work proactively and collaboratively with all stakeholders.

**Duties of APS 5**
- Using project management tools and processes to support workflow and coordination, and group or strategic projects.
- Reviewing and performing quality assurance of work products before progressing to the executive.
- Liaising across the Agency on meeting papers or other documentation for supporting the executive.
- Coordinating work streams within the branch Program Management Office, using project management tools and stakeholder management experience.
- Planning and booking travel and assisting the executive with other administrative and logistics tasks.
- Engaging across the Agency on work products, including by collating inputs and feedback, and setting up collaborative work processes.
- Providing advice to the Branch Manager and supporting the leadership of the division, including in supporting and enabling a team culture.
- Providing other support or undertaking suitable tasks as required, based on the direction of the Branch Manager.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders on a range of HR related matters, including recruitment, workforce planning, and staff moves.

**Duties of APS 6**
- Providing business administration support, expertise and technical knowledge across a range of activities including systems, workload management, people performance, financial, staff lifecycle, knowledge and change management.
- Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering large scale IT change projects.
- Ensuring effective program management processes and methodologies are followed within the program for end-to-end reporting.
- Providing accurate and specialised advice ensuring knowledge of and compliance with relevant legislation, PMO guidelines, standards, procedures and policy frameworks for supporting program delivery.
- Assessing and maintaining quality processes and documentation relating for ITC and service delivery, ensuring alignment with legislation and policy, and utilising change and risk management principles, communicating impacts with relevant parties.
- Analysing data and preparing a range of written material including program status reports and updates, business cases, Senate Estimate submissions, Ministerial and Agency briefs, presentations and other corporate documentation.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation, from data analysis, creating initiatives for branch efficiencies.
- Working with various stakeholders and business areas across the agency, preparing project dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

**Essential Criteria**
- Demonstrate strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate experience in projects, PMO or business administration.
- Demonstrate good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Be prepared to work in a dynamic environment.
