**Overview of the role**:

- 7am start, fulltime role based in Perth, no field time.
- Reviewing announcements and providing analysis in support of identifying a discovery on a daily basis, on average reviewing 5 announcements per day.
- Analyse announcements and review within 30 minutes of it being released to market (tight timeline).
- Write summary report each morning on the most prospective announcements (average 1 per day).
- Writing a brief analyst report on a company once they have made a discovery (3-6 a year).
- Building on the procedures, workflows, tools & processes to better evaluate discoveries within 30mins of being announced.
- Conducting market intelligence and research on various tools, data and processes the company could develop as part of the DA service and analysis method.
- Supporting the company with responses to inbound geological queries relating to service and the information broadcasted.
- Developing relationships with companies for corporate opportunities.
- Working from home 1-2 days a week is an option.

**About you**:

- Be an early riser :)
- Tertiary qualification in Geology.
- At least 2 years’ experience in exploration / working in the field ideally for a Junior.
- Have solid understanding of mineral exploration and mineral economics including precious metals, base metals and specialty metals including lithium.
- Be savvy and able to think on feet and make decisions quickly.
- Have analytical mindset & good with handling data.
- Good commercial understanding of Junior space.
- Resource Estimation experience would be beneficial.
- Have background as Geologist and be commercially minded.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good critical thinking skills
- Fast learner
- Be able to work in a small team.
