As the PMO Portfolio Planner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the capital delivery program master schedule. This role will see you supporting the Planning and Project Managers to maintain the schedule of several large and complex infrastructure projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, own, and maintain the capital delivery program master schedule
- Provide regular updates and consult with key internal partners around the schedule of key program and project milestones
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure consistent processes and aligned schedules are maintained
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and training for planning and project managers to uplift capability
- Support the analysis, trending and commentary on performance, resource utilisation, risk and optimisation across the program and identify areas of improvement

**Skills & Experience**
- A strategic thinker, with strong analytical skills, able to synthesise considerable and complex data
- Exceptional people skills with the ability to engage with all levels of management complimented with effective communication skills
- Experience in scheduling with demonstrated success in implementing & operationalising master schedules and analysing schedule risks
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills
- A degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or another relevant field.
- Please note, you must have full working rights to work permanently in Australia. All GWW employees must also be residing in Victoria throughout their employment._
