**In this role you will**:
Coach managers to be HR-aware and to manage their teams proactively and with best-practice.
Triage and respond to general HR enquiries in an efficient, effective and customer focused manner.
Assist with the onboarding and induction of new head office employees.
Coach and mentor trainees and university placement students on site.
Maintain excellent, detailed HR records.
Manage internal employee movements, including role changes, secondments and parental leave and coordinating with payroll
Assist with additional HR projects and engagement initiatives as required.

**From you, we need**:
A qualification in Human Resources of equivalent experience (desirable but not mandatory)
Exceptionally well organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately to meet deadlines.
Process driven and solution orientated.
High level focus on quality and attention to detail
Strong computer skills particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
