Flourish and Thrive are currently looking for disability support workers to work in our paediatric disability support worker roles for clients across the NSW area.
- Be studying or have experience in disability support work or other caring roles.
- Possess First Aid, Basic Life Support/CPR and Manual Handling certifications.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Possess compassion and empathy and love working with children.
- Be open to learning.

Other desirable but not essential criteria:

- Experience in working with children.
