MAYDAY are delighted to be recruiting a Medical Claims Officer for a large Australian Health Insurance organisation. Fantastic opportunity for a head strong individual looking to step in to an insurance role or expand their existing knowledge
Working as part of a team, this role is pivotal to assist the business in the management of medical claims and achieve new business goals.

**What will you be doing?**
- Assess and review all types of medical claims
- Analyse and pay medical claims
- Maintain claims process within targets and time frames
- Maintain medical records and contract details
- Provide exceptional customer service for members and Medicare providers
- Ad-Hoc duties as required
**What experience will you require?**
- Previous experience in claims management ideally within the medical or health space
- Head strong with proven track record of decision making
- Great communication skills
- Claims/Insurance background
