We are seeking a
**qualified HR assistant / consultant** to support the HR Manager at a busy manufacturing site in the northern suburb of
**Thomastown**.

This will be a very busty hands-on roll interviewing, screening, and coordinating the hiring of process work, manufacturing, and distribution staff.

Whilst the position is office based there will be a requirement to go through the Manufacturing plan. The Plant is a Poultry meet processing factory and this can be initially confronting to some people.

**To be successful you will need to have the following**:

- HR Graduate Qualifications
- Be Computer literate
- Good communication both written and verbal
- Have your Own transport.
- No work restrictions - Full Australian working rights

**You may be required to**:

- Go into the manufacturing facility.
- Work in a team environment as well as unsupervised
