**The Position**

Our client is an international chartered accounting firm specialising in providing business services, corporate compliance, SMSF, and tax and specialist advice for companies across diverse industries and professions.

Their busy, growing Brisbane office is seeking the services of a competent Bookkeeping Supervisor to lead a small dedicated and experienced team of bookkeepers.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**:
Your primary role is to provide accurate and timely bookkeeping services for the Business Services accounting team and Partners who service a quality long standing growing client base of ASX listed companies, government bodies, international brands, high end private companies and not-for profit organisations.

You will also be responsible for supervising and guiding a small team of inhouse and offshore bookkeepers.
- Be seeking a fulltime and varied Brisbane CBD based position
- Be competent working across a number of clients books including trust accounts
- Be experienced with the latest accounting software MYOB and Xero (essential) and other accounting packages (preferred not essential)
- Preferably have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a professional bookkeeper in an accounting or legal office or professional services firm
- Feel comfortable supervising a small team of inhouse and offshore bookkeepers
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Possess excellent written and verbal commination skills
- Be well rewarded with an excellent salary negotiable with experience
