Clarity Pool Management is a progressive eco-friendly pool management company. We are currently experiencing rapid growth and we are looking for an experienced swimming pool technician to join our team.

You will need to be outgoing, self-motivated, reliable and eager to build on your existing skill set. We will provide on the job training to set you up for success, following which you will be required to work independently.

You must be committed to delivering outstanding results and quality service to our existing client base and be willing and able to build strong interpersonal relationships with our customers, suppliers, and partner companies.

**The role**
- The role is based in Sydney servicing clients across the greater metropolitan area
- Day to day activities will consist primarily of servicing and maintenance of clients' swimming pools and spas.
- Pool heating and equipment installation and pool plumbing. Experience will be viewed favourably.
- Sales commission of up to 10% of infield sales.
- Basic marketing activities in the field.
- Some heavy lifting (up to 20kg)

Skills and experience
- Trade backgrounds viewed favourably but not necessary.
- Open drivers license essential, safe driving history.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Strong problem solving/analytical skills.
- Tech-savvy.
