We are a small business operating in the Building and Construction Industry. We are primarily focused on Demolition, Excavation and Hazmat Removal. We require a highly focused and motivated person to aid in the day to day running of the business. This will primarily be an office orientated position but will also require site visits and running errands so your own vehicle is ideal; you will be provided with a fuel card and toll pass.

This role will suit someone who is interested in the Building and Construction Industry and how a small business is run. Generally you will be completing essential administration tasks including assisting in payroll, book keeping, collating documents for invoicing, aiding in preparing required paperwork for upcoming and ongoing jobs and various other administrative tasks. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role in the industry however training and support will be given to the right person.

In order to fulfill this role you will require:

- Exceptional computer knowledge (specifically PC)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to communicate with clients and develop relationships
- Record keeping and document management skills
- Highly organised with an eye for detail
- Ability and desire to work in the industry
- Flexibility to adapt to what is required on a day to day basis
- Building and Construction Induction White Card - Essential however not required on start.

Additionally the following is desirable:

- Photography skills
- Drone piloting ability
- Adobe suite knowledge (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere)
- PC hardware and networking knowledge
- Website development and/or coding skills
- Graphic Design skills
