BM Animals is a small family owned business manufacturing premium fresh /frozen food and dehydrated treats for our pet community. We are currently looking to recruit 2 or more team members for our Bayswater factory as general factory hands. The successful applicants will be punctual, tidy, have a friendly disposition and take pride in achieving a good result. They will be accustomed to manual labour and be confident to lift 20Kgs weight.

We currently operate a 4 day production week - Tuesday to Friday. We do not operate evening or night shifts. Our regular production hours are 8am to 6pm

Pay rate is above award (M000059) and is reflective of skill levels/work practices/productivity shown.

The successful applicants will become multi-skilled members of our team with on-the-job training in all facets of our production area.

If you are successful you will be working with fresh meat of different species. This meat must be handled within Primesafe guidelines to ensure the quality of our finished product. You will be responsible for keeping your work area clean and tidy and assisting with general clean up at the end of the day

You will be expected to use Safe Work Practices at all times - this is non-negotiable, it impacts your safety and that of others working around you.

You will be required to read directions, keep basic records, use scales etc so basic reading & writing is necessary

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
